Charlie has been named by the Sunday Times as one of the godfathers to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle son Archie.

Charlie van Straubenzee became friends with the Duke of Sussex, 34, at Ludgrove Prep School in Berkshire, and has been described as his "wingman".

He gave a speech at the Sussex's wedding last year where he joked that Harry was "a ginger".

In one of their first public appearances as a married couple, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were seen attending Charlie's wedding to videographer Daisy Jenks last August, where it is believed Harry served as best man.
