The Body Coach Joe Wicks was put to the test when he was challenged to run on a treadmill built on the STAIRS of a three-bedroom house by inventor Colin Furze.

The health and fitness expert, 32, said he was "exhausted" after using the unusual exercise machine, which Colin has built on the stairs of his semi-detached home.

Joe said he was impressed with the steep treadmill but joked that it "might not be for everyone" as it wasn't very "practical."

"When Colin told me he was turning his staircase into a treadmill I never thought it would work, but he's done a brilliant job and it's an amazing machine," said Joe.
