PIC SHOWS OMAR HASSAN WHO FINISHED LAST AND NEARLY THREE TIMES SLOWER THAN THE WINNER IN THE 1500M T46 RACE AT THE PARALYMPICS BUT RECEIVED A STANDING OVATION FROM THE 80,000 CROWD AS HE FINISHED THE LAST TWO LAPS BY HIMSELF AS THE REST OF THE FIELD HAD FINISHED.HIS TIME WAS 11 MINUTES 23 SECONDS,THE WINNER WAS THREE MINUTES 57 SECONDS... Houssein Omar Hassan an althete from Djibouti who competed in the 1,500 metres in the 2012 Paralympic Games in London in the T46 category. He was the first representative from Djibouti to compete at the Paralympic and his nation's only athlete in 2012. He finished last in his heat, recording a time of 11:23.50, nearly three times the time of the winner
