Houssein Omar Hassan an althete from Djibouti who competed in the 1,500 metres in the 2012 Paralympic Games in London in the T46 category. He was the first representative from Djibouti to compete at the Paralympic and his nation's only athlete in 2012. He finished last in his heat, recording a time of 11:23.50, nearly three times the time of the winner
