Miss world beauty queens go punting

MISS WORLD CONTESTANTS MISS ENGLAND,ALIZE MOUNTER,(BLUE OUTFIT),MISS SCOTLAND,JENNIFER REACH,(BLACK OUTFIT) AND MISS IRELAND,HOLLY CARPENTER(LEOPARD OUTFIT) ON THE RIVER CAM ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON... Tourists were stunned when a dozen beauty queens went punting on the River Cam in the historic city of Cambridge today (Fri)...The 2011 Miss World contestants visited the prestigious university as part of the pageant's 60th anniversary celebrations, where they proved they have brains as well as beauty...This year a quarter of the participants are university graduates, 90 per cent are bi-lingual and over half speak three or more languages...The bevy of beauties from around the world posed on the university's gothic Magdalene Bridge and took to the water for a punt race, much to the delight of surprised on-lookers..."This year more than half the contestants are in full time education, studying for a degree and one in four are already graduates," said a spokeswoman for the Miss World contest..."These girls certainly have brains as well as beauty."..SEE COPY CATCHLINE Miss world beauty queens go punting.
